By the late 1990s, he had achieved a significant milestone in his career: earning his U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License. This accomplishment marked the beginning of a new chapter in his professional life, as he started captaining private sport fishing yachts and offering inshore fishing charters. Throughout his career, Captain Luis has had the privilege of fishing across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, broadening his expertise and deepening his love for the sport.
